Overview
As the 2025 tax season approaches, we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation and compliance for our clients. Ideal candidates will have a background in various aspects of tax law and financial reporting.

Duties

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct financial auditing to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.
Interpret financial reports to provide insights into clients' financial positions.
Engage in regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
Utilize double entry bookkeeping principles to maintain accurate financial records.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients.

Requirements

Customer Service Skills, Eager to learn, Ready to Make Money, Open-Minded
Proficiency in interpreting financial reports and technical accounting practices.
Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
