We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax accounting and financial analysis, with expertise in various financial concepts and accounting software. This role involves preparing tax returns, providing tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Tax Professional will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Provide guidance on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law matters.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards.
Assist clients with financial sales strategies and investment planning.
Analyze financial statements and reports to interpret data for clients.
Manage corporate accounting tasks including accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
Perform account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and others for efficient financial reporting.
Support mergers & acquisitions by providing necessary financial insights and due diligence.
Engage in non-profit accounting practices as needed to assist relevant clients.

Pay: $46,627.68 - $100,153.76 per year
