Financial Advisors Network, Inc. (FAN) is a fast-growing full-service financial planning firm established in 1999. It specializes in tax integration relating to wealth management in the retirement planning process. FAN is a comprehensive independent RIA providing tailored financial retirement services to its multi-state client base of more than 750 households with an average AUM of $1 million per household.
FAN aspires to continue its growth and attain $1 billion under management within the next few years. Our highly integrated team of advisory CFP® professionals follow a fiduciary model and refers tax planning and preparation services to our strategic business entity, FAN Tax Planning Group. We are seeking to add another accountant to our team at Financial Advisors Network, Inc. to help accommodate growth.
We are a small group of 21 team members that enjoy interacting with each other and our clients by following our five Core Values (Timely, Thorough, Transparent, Team, and Integrity). We rely upon existing client referrals and targeted retirement planning courses for growth. Tax integration is a selling point in our service offerings. We have a business model that is much more consultative in nature than our competitors and situational tax planning plays a key role in converting prospects.
The service integration we provide includes:
- Tax Planning
- Investment Planning
- Retirement Planning
- Estate Planning
- Risk Management
- Institutional Employer Plan Management
We take a comprehensive approach to financial planning which incentivizes our team to provide exceptional service to our client households. Financial Advisors Network, Inc. has created an internal Strategic Alliance Network (one-stop shop) for clients to handle most of their retirement, financial, and tax planning needs. We want to make the client service process simple in a single convenient location for clients. As our new Senior Tax Preparer, you would be a critical component in meeting our tax integration objectives for client households, CFP®, and FAN Paraplanners.
