We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our in-office team and help shape the future of our integrated tax practice.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Review and sign individual and business tax returns for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients nationwide.
- Lead tax planning conversations in collaboration with financial advisors, presenting strategy and projections in client-facing meetings.
- Prepare and review tax projections for estimated payments, charitable strategies, retirement planning, and Roth conversions.
- Act as the dedicated tax advisor to clients and advisory teams, helping secure and deepen long-term relationships.
- Mentor junior staff, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth across the team.
- Ensure tax compliance while identifying strategic planning opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Contribute to process improvements, helping refine workflow and support scalability as our Tax team grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience with private equity, executive compensation, high complexity K-1 activity, and multi-state filings at the individual level

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus)
- CPA, EA, or JD designation required
- 7+ years of experience in a similar setting
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and family entities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with UltraTax (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
