America's Choice Tax Relief is a nationwide tax resolution firm helping people solve their tax problems. We build relationships with our clients so that we can assist with a variety of tax issues.
Responsibilities:
· Pulling Tax transcripts.
· Maintaining client contact from the inception to completion of the IRS investigation within the guidelines outlined in the standard operating procedures.
· Directing clients to provide the required documentation needed for the investigation to be completed.
· Meeting deadlines and tasks timely to further expedite the resolution process.
· Providing excellent customer service while multitasking clients, tasks, goals and expectations.
· Maintaining proper notes in CRM and tracking progress accordingly.
· Regularly establishes contact with the IRS and/or State Tax Agencies, communication may be by phone, email and/or fax.
· Provides realistic timelines and case updates to Team Members daily or as needed.
· Analyzes and reviews financial documents - including but not limited to - tax preparation to determine the best resolution for our clients.
· Ability to effectively prioritize caseload, handles a high volume of cases.
· Manages an assigned Client Pipeline and any correspondence with IRS and/or State authorities.
Must Haves:
· Must be a Licensed Enrolled Agent or Tax Attorney; Active credentials
· Knowledge in matters of IRS and state taxation including collections, examinations, innocent spouse, and offer in compromise, appeals, advisory, penalty abatement and installment agreements, etc...
· Strong communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
