Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and other reports to assist management in decision making.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations and work closely with external CPA or Enrolled Agent to prepare tax documents.
Oversee office management tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper/accountant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is essential; certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax preparation.
Professional credentials such as CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Experience in office management is highly desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
