Qualifications
· Your abilities and skills are important to us, but so is your outlook – a positive attitude, helping co-workers, respect for clients’ needs, confidentiality, punctuality, dependability, a good sense of humor, responsibility and flexibility
· CPA, license required
· 10 years of accounting required
· 10+ years of tax and audit experience, preferred
· Proficiency in interacting with all levels of staff, and the ability to train staff
· Aspirations to make partner within 5 years

Responsibilities
· Income Tax Preparation for all types of businesses, individuals and trusts.
· Managing reviews and compilations from planning to completion
· Act as a resource for staff and partners on specific technical issues and/or questions
· Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on the relevant professional and technical guidance
· Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
