Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Accounting Manager with at least three (3) years of experience in Finance to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. The purpose of this classification is to manage the Finance Team and provide tactical financial support. This includes oversight of Accountants, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Payroll; ensuring a timely month-end close; maintaining budgets, forecasting, financial/ variance analysis, managing grant financial reports, and process improvements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting
Experience: Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
