The ideal candidate will be ready to collaborate with our experienced tax professionals, as well as drive the continued growth and success of this well established tax practice. Responsibilities include leading client experience initiatives , and assisting clients and team with tax planning, research and communications in all areas of tax services (including individual, partnership, corporate, trusts and estates). Based in our Ontario Oregon Location.
Job qualifications
- Valid CPA license required
- Five or more years of comprehensive tax experience within a tax or accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- LaCerte and QuickBooks experience highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in meeting deadlines with a team approach
- Efficient analytical, problem-solving, written and oral skills
Responsibilities
- Successfully collaborate with tax practice associates and administrative personnel
- Meet with clients and provide exceptional customer experience
- Research and analyze changes in tax regulation and strategically develop practice skills to meet changing needs
- Develop in-depth understanding of client businesses and help identify needs/opportunities, partner with clients to implement effective solutions
- Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Individual tax returns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
