Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct thorough financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure proper reporting.
- Utilize financial software, including Sage, for efficient data management and reporting.
- Assist clients with estate planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Provide guidance on asset management and private equity investments to enhance client portfolios.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Write comprehensive financial reports that summarize findings and recommendations for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice.
