Public Accounting firm in Eastern Nassau, Long Island is actively seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to join their staff as their new Semi or Senior Accountant in this role. The accountant will work with a wide range of clients with an opportunity for growth and professional development.
Experience preferred in any or all disciplines. Opportunity for growth available in the areas of Estates, Trusts, Corporates, Partnerships, Taxation, Not-for-profit, GAAP Basis Financial Statements, Audits, Reviews and a host of special situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5 + years of related experience
CPA or working toward certification
Ability to close books
Proficiency in accounting and tax software
Excellent communication skills
