• Compensation: First Year Compensation = $115.5k - 126.5k
• Base Payrate $105k - 115k
• Bonus Plan $10,500 - 11,500 (10% Target Bonus)

Position Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of our organization’s technical knowledge. The Field Service Technical Trainer will have the opportunity to work with field engineers from around the world to give them the knowledge and know-how to maintain and repair company power generation equipment. Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Design, development, and delivery of employee technical training focusing on company and legacy large frame turbine generator equipment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Identify training needs by observing workers and conducting skill assessments
• Collaborate with managers and other trainers to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives
• Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and advancements
• This position may require approximately 15% travel for the purpose of delivering training or gathering information at different sites for the development of future training. Primary work location will be a company Hub (Orlando, Pittsburgh PSC, Deer Park (TX), Charlotte).

Requirements:
• The company is looking for experienced Gas and/or Steam Turbine Power Plant Service Engineers with strong communication skills and a strong ability to teach/train a classroom of 1-5 year experienced Service Engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years field experience of power plant turbines and generators required
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs
• Able to comfortably speak in front of large groups of peers
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Formal certifications in training and education is a plus
