About the Role
We’re looking for a Tax Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, sharpen their prep skills, and grow into more responsibility. This isn’t just a seasonal grind — you’ll be with us year-round, working with clients who need proactive tax help, not just form-filling. If you’ve got some tax prep experience (or strong admin + tax coursework) and a willingness to learn, this could be your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare individual, S Corp, and partnership returns (lots of 1120S + pass-through income).
- Organize and manage client documents across multiple states.
- Communicate with clients about missing docs, questions, and next steps.
- Track deadlines and deliverables using Monday and Slack.
- Collaborate with senior staff and soak up training opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of tax prep experience (or admin experience + tax coursework).
- Comfort with S Corps and personal returns (or eager to learn fast).
- Clear, professional communication and solid client interaction skills.
- Organized, independent worker — you don’t need hand-holding.
- Not rigid: adaptable, resourceful, and team-minded.
- Familiarity with tax prep software (Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
