Duties
- Prepare accurate federal and state income tax returns
- Review financial records, receipts, and documentation
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote services offered.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn (no prior tax experience required)
- Must have reliable internet and computer access
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience is a plus but not required — full training is provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
