Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service. In this role, you will learn to prepare accurate federal and state tax returns, ensure compliance with IRS regulations, and assist clients in identifying eligible credits and deductions. Dedication and reliability are essential, as this position requires confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines during tax season.
Duties
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy in tax filings.
- Provide guidance on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to clients.
- Assist in corporate accounting tasks including accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with clients on financial planning strategies, including budgeting and asset management.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial reporting and analysis.
- Perform audits as required to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting standards.
- Support clients in financial sales initiatives by interpreting financial reports and providing investment advice.

- IRS PTIN -$19.75 Will assist you with that
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and report writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
