We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax preparation, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing insights on financial matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with preparing and filing their individual tax returns
- Review financial records and ensure accuracy in tax documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and offering guidance
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with IRS regulations
- Participate in training and weekly team meetings (virtual)
Qualifications
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED , TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills (email, video meetings, tax software after training)
- Self-motivated and coachable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary
Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 80 per week
