Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses (training provided)
- Gather and organize client documents to ensure complete and accurate filings
- Learn to analyze basic financial information and apply current tax laws and credits
- Communicate with clients to answer tax-related questions and provide support
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Stay informed of updates in tax laws (we’ll keep you in the loop)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we’ll train you!
- Previous tax, accounting, or finance experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good people skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with a supportive team
- Basic computer literacy is a must (you’ll be trained on our systems)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
